David Fernandez, Potter in Seagrove, North Carolina works out of his studio Seagrove Stoneware Inn and Pottery. David creates a variety of decorative and functional wheel-thrown bowls, pitchers, vases and platters.

David and his wife, Alexa Modderno, own and operate Seagrove Stoneware Inn and Pottery, in Seagrove North Carolina. Seagrove is a small community close to the Pinehurst Area in the central part of the state.
David has been an artist for forty years and with a Bachelor’s Degree in Art and Mathematics, he understands the concept of functional beauty and how to create it.
In addition to offering a variety of decorative and functional wheel-thrown bowls, pitchers, vases and platters, David combined his art with his favorite sport, golf, and created the Precision Art Putter.
