Betty McKim, Jeweler
Betty McKim, Jeweler in Raleigh, North Carolina, creates custom designed, handcrafted, contemporary jewelry. Using a variety of metals, gemstones and found objects, she creates earrings, bracelets, necklaces, rings, brooches and one-of-a-kind belt buckles.
In addition to designs and fabricating jewelry, Betty teaches and directs the Jewelry Program at Pullen Arts Center in Raleigh, NC.
Betty received the 2013 Don H. Johnson Award, presented by Creative Metalsmiths, at the 44th Annual Fine Designer Crafts Show in Raleigh.

Betty McKim is a jeweler and instructor in Raleigh, North Carolina. She creates custom designed, handcrafted, contemporary jewelry using a variety of metals, gemstones and found objects. Earrings, bracelets, necklaces, brooches, rings and one-of-a-kind belt buckles are found in her line of wearable jewelry.
Betty graduated with a M.F.A. degree in Metals/Jewelry from East Carolina University, Greenville, North Carolina and continues to attend selective Jewelry Workshops at Penland, Wild Acres and Revere Academy.
