Application Process for the 2019 Carolina Artisan Craft Market Opens on February 1, 2019.
Application deadline for 2019 is May 1.
If you have any questions about the application process or if you’d like to be added to our email list for CDCG updates and information, please submit your name via our Contact Form.
To exhibit at our annual fall event, artists must either be an Exhibiting Artist Member or be juried into the show as a Provisional Member. Our call for artists, including prospectus and application, will be available for view at ZAPPlication.com during the first quarter of the year.
Application for Provisional Membership begins the rigorous two step jury selection process. Our juror(s) review each online application, images and artist statement. Then applicants are scored and artists whose work reflects a mastery of technique and originality of design are juried into the annual Carolina Artisan Craft Market. The Market will be held Nov. 1 – 3, 2019 at the Raleigh Convention Center, Raleigh, North Carolina.
If an artist chooses to accept this invitation to participate, an object jury is the final step in the jury process. The CDCG Standards Committee along with the guest juror(s) reviews each provisional members work and booth display. Artists who pass the object jury are invited to become Exhibiting Artist Members. Exhibiting Artist Members in good standing pay annual dues of $70 and receive an invitation to participate in Guild events.
Take a look at our Exhibiting Artist Members pages on this website to get a sense of the fine craft presented. Search by medium or simply click through this Exhibiting Artists page.
